What happens to your feedback.

Every form goes to our directors. Compliments are shared with the clinician (or team) involved. Concerns are reviewed within one business day, and we'll respond if you've left your details.

If your feedback is about something serious - a safety concern, a complaint about a clinician, or anything that needs urgent attention - it goes straight to the Principal Psychologist.

If you'd like to take a complaint further than us, you can contact the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or, for NDIS services, the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.
