What is behaviour support?
Behaviour support helps people have a good life.
Sometimes people do things that can hurt them or others. This is called a behaviour of concern.
We work out why the behaviour happens. Every behaviour is telling us something.
We write a plan. The plan helps the people around you support you better.
Who is it for?
Behaviour support is for people with an NDIS plan.
We come to your home, your school, or your day program.
We can also talk with you on a video call.
What we do
First, we spend time getting to know you.
Then we write your Behaviour Support Plan.
We teach your family and support workers how to use the plan.
We check the plan is working. We change it if it is not.
Your rights
You have the right to be safe and treated with respect.
You can ask questions about your plan at any time.
If you are not happy, you can complain to the NDIS Commission. Their phone number is 1800 035 544.
How to start
Call us on 0405 944 637. We are friendly and happy to help.
Or a family member or support coordinator can fill in our referral form for you.
