Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about how we work, what we offer, and how to get started.
About our services
We offer psychological therapy, psychological and educational assessment, NDIS Positive Behaviour Support, and clinical supervision. Therapy and assessment run from our Randwick clinic and via telehealth. Behaviour support is delivered in-home, in community settings, and at school across Sydney and Melbourne.
Getting started
The fastest way to start is to complete a referral form. We'll review your situation and either offer you an appointment with the right clinician, or recommend an alternative if we are not the right fit.
Fees and funding
We accept Medicare (with a Mental Health Treatment Plan), private health insurance, NDIS (all management types), workers compensation, motor accident, victims of crime, and private/self-funded clients. See the fees page for current rates.
Telehealth
Most of our psychologists offer telehealth via secure video, available across Australia. Medicare rebates apply to telehealth sessions where eligibility criteria are met. Behaviour support is delivered primarily in-person but can include telehealth for parts of the work.
Wait times
Wait times vary by clinician. Some have immediate availability; others have wait lists. Contact us and we'll let you know who has availability that fits your timeline.
