Fees & Funding

We aim to be transparent about fees and the funding pathways that may apply. Below is an overview - please contact us for current rates.

Funding pathways

  • Medicare - with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you can claim a Medicare rebate for psychology sessions. The rebate is higher for sessions with a clinical psychologist than for sessions with a generally registered psychologist.
  • Private health insurance - some extras-level policies include rebates for psychology sessions. Check your policy. You cannot claim both Medicare and private health for the same session.
  • NDIS - Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, and NDIA-Managed participants are welcome. NDIS funding can cover psychology (under Improved Daily Living) and behaviour support (under Improved Relationships).
  • Workers compensation, motor accident, and victims of crime schemes - we work with clients funded through these schemes.
  • Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) - we work with select EAP providers. Check with your employer.
  • Self-funded / private - clients who pay privately are welcome.

For Medicare-rebated sessions, we typically process the rebate at the time of payment so you only pay the gap. For NDIS clients, we work with your plan manager or invoice directly depending on management type.

If cost is a barrier, please talk to us. Some clinicians offer reduced-fee places for clients in financial difficulty.
