  • Clinical Psychologist Moni

    Moni Nazari

    SYDNEY & TELEHEALTH

Clinical Psychologist & Behaviour Support Practitioner

As said by Krishnamurti (1998) “When you listen to someone, you must
hear the emotion behind their words, not just the words themselves”.
Many people encounter challenges in their lives, often feeling unable
to move forward due to unrecognised patterns, assumptions, or
unresolved experiences. Moni’s work is centred on helping individuals gain
clarity, self-awareness, and the tools needed to overcome these
obstacles. She believes mental health goes beyond the mere absence of
symptoms—it’s about fostering resilience, nurturing emotional
well-being, and enabling individuals to thrive in all areas of life,
including relationships, personal growth, and creativity.

As a clinical psychologist, Moni collaborates with individuals to explore
the deeper dynamics of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. By
fostering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic
environment, she guides clients in understanding the influences of their
unconscious mind and developing strategies to achieve meaningful
change. Moni’s approach combines evidence-based techniques with a
compassionate and tailored perspective, empowering clients to build
healthier relationships and live more fulfilling lives.

    Languages: English and Farsi

Areas of Focus: Depression, Anxiety, Personality Issues, Immigration-Related Issues, Trauma, and Cultural Issues.

Moni is currently accepting new clients in Sydney and via telehealth.
